Manly Kay "Mandy" Stiffler

Manly "Mandy" Kay Stiffler, 74, of Mount Airy, Maryland, passed from this life on Monday, April 14, 2025 at her home. She was the wife of the late Dale Stiffler.

Born on August 17, 1950, in NC, she was the daughter of the late Henry M. and Ellen L. (Boykin) Hair.

Mandy worked for Memco until they went out of business and then worked as a Cafeteria Manager for Montgomery Co. Public Schools. She loved camping and fishing especially at the Patuxent camp site in Brooms Island.

She is survived by her two children, Angela Renee Noah and husband Rick and David Alan Stiffler (Liz);grandchildren, Madelyn Noah and Arianna Noah; sisters, Faye Klass and husband Rick of Tawneytown, Etta Stewart, Cathy Elliott of Frederick, Dee Nichols and husband Kirk of Frederick and Sheila Hair of WV; brother-in-law Kent Shiffler and wife Liz and their daughter Amy Moore. She will also be missed by her special friends Linda and Jimmy Robbins. And numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by nephew, Ryan Stewart, niece, Linda Crum and brother-in-law Jimmy Elliott.

The family will receive friends from 5:30-6:30 pm on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at Stauffer Funeral Homes, P.A. (Mt. Airy), 8 East Ridgeville in Mt. Airy, MD where a celebration of Mandy's life journey will take place at 6:30 pm. Rev. Tim May will officiate. Interment will be private.
