Mabel Roberts

Baby girl, Mabel Anne Roberts, daughter of Thomas Brooks Roberts II, and Alia Elizabeth Roberts of Frederick, was born on October, 18, 2012 at Frederick Memorial Hospital, and died on October 21, 2012 at Children's Hospital in Washington DC.
In her short time, Mabel touched many lives and will be greatly missed. In her mother's words, "I made a promise to Mabel that her death would not be in vain, that she would always be remembered, and that she was here for a reason."
In addition to her parents, Mabel leaves behind her brothers, Landon Oswell Roberts and Ezra James Roberts, and her sister, Akeyla Elizabeth Roberts. She also leaves behind grandparents, Thomas and Pearl Roberts of Frederick, and Jim and Lynda Geary of Winchester; as well as several uncles, aunts and cousins.
A service of remembrance for Mabel Anne Roberts will begin at 10am on Friday, November, 2, 2012,from the chapel of Stauffer Funeral Homes, P.A., 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, Md. 21702.
Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Children's Hospital, c/o NICU, 111 Michigan Ave., NW, Washington DC 20010, for their empathy, honesty, and hospitality during this time.
