Louise Shillingberg

Louise I. Shillingberg, 73, of Boonsboro, Maryland died at her home on Tuesday, June 22, 2010.
Born on March 8, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Clarence Ernest and Myrtle Catherine (Lance) Irving.
Louise was a graduate of Boonsboro High School and she was a member of the St. Matthew's Lutheran Church in Beaver Creek. She had been an employee for many years with Home Federal Bank.
She is survived by her husband, Donald L. Shillingberg; and her son Michael L. Shillingberg of Hagerstown, Maryland. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Louise was preceded in death by her two sisters, Janice L. Hykes and Helen E. Moser as well as her brother, Gerald K. Irving.
A funeral ceremony will be held on Friday, June 25, 2010 at the Bast-Stauffer Funeral Home, 7606 Old National Pike, Boonsboro. Rev. Darrell L. Layman will officiate. Burial will follow at the Beaver Creek Cemetery.
There will be no viewing. The family will receive friends from 1 - 3 p.m. on Friday, June 25, 2010 at the funeral home.
