Mr. Louis E. Torreyson, III, 37, of Inwood, West Virginia, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 5, 2016 unexpectedly. He was the husband of Amber Torreyson, celebrating 15 years together.
Born January 11, 1979, in Cannon AFB Clovis, New Mexico, he was the son of Louis E. Torreyson, Jr. and his late wife and step mom, Sandra C. Torreyson.
Louie obtained his GED and has worked in several career fields and of those, being a truck driver, was near and dear to his heart. In his spare time, he enjoyed vacations with his family, family cookouts with him being the "grill master" and most of all, he loved jumping in water, swimming like a fish. Louie enjoyed the Washington Redskins and the Washington Nationals. Most importantly, he loved his family unconditionally and ultimately, his father was his "everything".
In addition to his wife, and three children, he is survived by his siblings, Jennifer Hayes and husband, Tony, Jesse Torreyson and wife, Courtney; and step sisters, Dawn Baxter, Tonya Sisk and Lanae Tanner; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his loving step mother, Sandra C. Torreyson; and grandfather, Louis E. Torreyson.
The family will receive friends at 10 a.m. Friday, November 11, 2016 at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick. Services will be begin 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the family when attending the visitation and service at the funeral home.
