Mrs. Lori L. Simmons, 35, of New Market died on Wednesday March 3, 2010 at her home. She was the wife of Mac W. Simmons.
Born in Frederick on May 8, 1974 she was the daughter of Larry E. Nehouse of Mt. Airy and the late Alma L. Ricketts
She had worked at the Y. M. C. A in Frederick as Director of the EDGE program. She loved to paint and was an avid bingo player.
Surviving in addition to her husband and father are her sisters, Cindy White of Frederick, Donna Anderson and husband Jeffrey of Hagerstown and Lisa Marley of Mt. Airy. Niece and nephew Erica and Zachary Marley of Mt. Airy. Mother and father in law Peggy and Lester Simmons of New Market.
Visitation: Visitation will be held on Sunday March 7, 2010 from 2-4 & 7-9pm at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 8 East Ridgeville Blvd, Mt. Airy.
Services: Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Monday, March 8, at 1:30pm. The Reverend Tim May will officiate. Interment will follow in Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Frederick.
