Lois J. Delaplane

Ms. Lois J. Delaplane, 74 of Frederick, MD passed away on Sunday, November 8, 2009 at Northampton Manor.
Born September 22, 1925 she was the daughter of Elsie Merryman Miller of Frederick and the late Clark H. Miller.
She was a member of Bethel Lutheran Church in Frederick. She was the church organist and she taught piano lessons for many years. She had a great love for music.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by two daughters, Cindy Leiphart and husband Michael of Hellam, PA and Joy Morris and husband Jeffrey of Finksburg, MD, seven grandchildren, Aaron Morris, Rachel Morris, Melissa Morris, Paul Leiphart, Sean Leiphart, Amy Graff and Lisa Knickman, 8 great grandchildren, a sister, Helen Rhodes and husband George. She will also be remembered by all of her other family members.

Services: A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, November 11th, 2009 at 1:30 PM at the Bethel Lutheran Church, 9664 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick with Pastor Robert Lehman and Pastor Dave Betzner officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Bethel Lutheran Church, 9665 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD 21702.
