Linda Lee Stone, age 65, of 750 Dual Highway, Hagerstown, and formerly of Baltimore, MD, died Tuesday, July 8, 2008, at Golden Living Center in Hagerstown.
Born May 27, 1943 in Baltimore, she was a daughter of the late Charles Halbert and Mary Elizabeth Myers Stone.
She was a retired employee from the banking industry.
She attended Broadfording Bible Brethren Church.
She had been an active volunteer with the American Red Cross, in schools and with her church.
She is survived by two daughters, Stephanie H. Rall of Pasadena, MD, and Victoria L. Gudeman of Keedysville; one sister, Cheryl Albrecht of Sevierville, Tenn.; two brothers, Halbert Stone of Sevierville, and Edwin Stone of Hanover, PA; four grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held 2 P.M. Friday at Glen Haven Memorial Park in Glen Burnie, MD. There will be no viewing or visitation.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to American Diabetes Assn., Maryland Office, 800 Wyman Park Dr., Suite 110, Baltimore, MD 21211.
