Linda Ann Miller

July 30, 1947 — July 4, 2024

Boonsboro

Linda Ann Miller, age 76, was born in 1947 and went home to be with her Lord and Savior on July 4, 2024.

Linda attended Lansdowne High School and was a part of the first graduating class in 1965.

Linda worked in accounting for over 50 years at B Green, Waste Management, and, lastly, at J & L Self Defense Products before she retired.

Linda was a loving and devoted mother, Nana, and friend. Her life revolved around her family, church, and friends. Linda was often found crafting or cooking for others. She was incredibly talented and made the most beautiful center pieces, wreaths, and jewelry. She loved to cook for everyone. Linda made large meals for her family and for church functions. She was a woman of God. She was always involved in her church community; her faith was unwavering. She was a devoted member of Love Assembly of God Church in Berkeley Springs, WV for 25 years. In the later years, she would cook weekly for friends in need and people who were unable to get out of their homes. Though she loved Jay and Shelly, her favorite role was being a Nana. She loved her grandchildren and never showed up empty-handed for a visit. Linda loved to feed the birds and spoil her beloved dog, Nova.

Linda is survived by her son, Irving (Jay) Miller and his wife, Laurah; her daughter, Michele (Shelly) Smith and her husband, Ron; grandchildren, Mike Miller, Ken Karopchinsky, Megan Miller, Alex Smith, Abby Smith, and Anna Smith; great-grandchildren, Jaxon, Maddox, Ariyah, Trox, Godric, Isaac, Zeeke, Adeliyah, Jason; brothers, John Houck and his wife, Patsy, Skip Back and his wife, Darla; sister, Anita Stringer; and her best friend, Judy Rodgers.

Linda will be remembered for the love that she showed everyone and for being the selfless person who always found joy in helping others.

The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. on Thursday, August 8, 2024 at Bast-Stauffer Funeral Home, 7606 Old National Pike in Boonsboro. Memorial Services will begin at 2 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home with Rev. Tim May officiating.
