Linda Frazier

Linda D. (West) Frazier, 63, of Hagerstown, Maryland, passed from this life on Wednesday, December 24, 2014, at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore.
Born on April 27, 1951, she was the daughter of the late Robert M. and Beatrice (West) St. Clair.
She is survived by three sons, David L. Frazier and wife Bonnie of Falling Waters, West Virginia, Charles E. Frazier and wife Anna of Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, and Robert Rockwell of Illinois; her companion, Donald Keeney of Thurmont, Maryland; two brothers, Robert and Timothy St. Clair; ten grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
A funeral ceremony will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at the Bast-Stauffer Funeral Home, 7606 Old National Pike in Boonsboro. Rev. Jack C. Payne, Jr. will officiate. Final resting place ceremonies will follow at Rest Haven Cemetery in Hagerstown.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
