Lee Shifflett

Lee Edward Shifflett, 47, died Feb 7, 2018. He was born December 10, 1970 in Silver Spring, MD and grew up in Libertytown.
He is survived by his father Ed Shifflett (Linda), Frederick and C. Sue Hecht (Bob Forder), Palm Coast, FL. He also leaves two sons, Ethan and Jeremy Shifflett, Frederick and a sister Shannon Aleshire (Will), Woodsboro.
A 1988 Linganore HS graduate, Lee managed LaPaz and The Cozy Restaurants before moving to Ocean City, MD. He was a “scratch” golfer and loved history. He will be loved and missed by his many friends and family.
The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick on Thursday, February 15th from 6:00-8:00pm. A memorial service celebrating Lee’s life will be held at the funeral home on Friday, February 16th at 11:00am with Rev. Tim May officiating.
