Lawrence Boehl

Lawrence "Larry" Carl Boehl, 69, of Mount Airy, Maryland, passed from this life on Tuesday, January 28, 2020.
Born on December 13, 1950, he was the son of the late Carl P. Boehl and Mary Theresa (Perry) Boehl.
He was the loving husband of Frances Boehl, his wife of 48 years.
Larry was a member of Knights of Columbus, council #14011. He loved baseball, camping at Deep Creek Lake but especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and his beloved dog, Harley.
In addition to his wife, Frances, he is survived by his children, Matthew Charles Boehl and wife, Kara, Alicia Katryn Boehl, Lauren Frances Deyo and husband, Robert, Benjamin William Boehl and Rachel Lee Chase and husband Dan; grandchildren, Joshua, Abbigale, Kassidy, Kasey, James, Faith, Kearstin, Gabriella and Leahbelle; brother, Jack Boehl and wife Debbie; sisters, Mary Carol Barszcz, Maggie Boehl and Andrea Boehl. He is also survived by many dear friends.
He is predeceased by his brother, Daniel Boehl.
The family will receive friends from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Friday, January 31, 2020 and Saturday, February 1, 2020 from 10:00-11:00am at St. Katharine Drexel Catholic Church, 8428 Opossumtown Pike in Frederick, MD.
A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 am. Father Michael Jendrek will officiate. Interment will be private.
