Lauretta Nutter

Mrs. Lauretta Pearl Nutter, 90 of Knoxville, Maryland passed away on Friday October 15, 2010 at Citizens Nursing Home.

Pearl was the wife of the late Luther Nutter and the late Walton “Pete” Gosnell.

Born November 13, 1919 she was the daughter of the late George and Lena Ambrose.

Pearl was an active member of the New Hope United Methodist Church, formerly the New York Hill United Methodist Church in Brunswick.

She enjoyed gardening, Sunday dinners and anything that involved her sixteen great grandchildren.

She is survived by her daughter, Lauretta Kay Tucker and husband Jerome William, Step-children Bob Nutter & wife Peg, Luther Nutter, Jr. & wife SukCha, Sandra Dean & husband Don, Brenda Smith & husband Jim a grandson, Keith Tucker and wife Amy, a granddaughter Leah Price and husband Mike, Step-grandchildren Aaron Nutter & wife Christina, Robbie Nutter & wife Audrey, Lea Sue McGill & husband Dave, Tina Lee Conner & husband Jamie, Linda Bowman and Brenda Bowman her great grandchildren, Noah and Nicholas Tucker, Brooke and Blaine Price, and Step-great grandchildren Destiny, Ember, Cayden, Lucas, Kylie, Peyton, Avery, Brayden, Sabrina, Regina, Safire and Aiden.

She is preceded in death by a daughter, Dixie Jarrett and her six brothers and sisters.  She will also be warmly remembered by several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1100 North Maple Ave., Brunswick on Monday, October, 25 from 2-4 and 7-9PM. Funeral services will be held at the New Hope United Methodist Church, 7 South Maryland Ave., Brunswick on Tuesday, October  26 ^th at 11:00AM with Pastor Katie Bishop and Rev. Noni Sigler officiating.

Interment will be in Park Heights Cemetery, Brunswick, MD.
