Larry Burgee
January 3, 1947 — August 8, 2015
Mr. Larry Wayne Burgee, 68 , of Jefferson, MD passed away Saturday, August 8, 2015 at the Kline Hospice House, surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Cathy Burgee.
Born January 3, 1947 in Frederick, MD he was the son of Annabelle Catherine Wright Burgee of Jefferson and the late James Clayton Burgee.
Larry was a lifetime farmer in the Jefferson area. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather and will be greatly missed. Larry was a member of the Eagles Club, Moose Lodge and American Legion all of Brunswick and the Owl's Club of Frederick.
In addition to his wife and mother he is survived by his children Tracey and Jamie Painter and their children Megan, Dylan and his significant other Bailey; Jamie and Craig Marker and their children Brittany, Dustin and his significant other Kyra; Wade and Vickie Burgee and their children AJ, Wyatt and Riley; Matthew Burgee and significant other Christina Cline. He will also be remembered by special uncle and aunt Carroll and Susie Burgee.
The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1100 N. Maple Ave., Brunswick on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 from 11AM-12PM where a service will begin at 12PM. Rev. Tim May will officiate.
Interment will follow at the St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery, Jefferson, MD.
