Kimberly Grace Linebaugh, aged 23, of Walkersville, Maryland passed away on November 15, 2024. Born on August 26, 2001, Kimberly was known for her radiant personality, marked by a free-spirited, funny, kind, and compassionate nature. She was an exceptional mother who adored her daughter, Adalynn Portner, deeply, loving her "to the moon and back."
Kimberly was a proud graduate of Catoctin High School. Although she did not pursue higher education, she dedicated herself fully to her family and friends, bringing joy and laughter into the lives of those she encountered.
She leaves behind her beloved daughter, Adalynn; her father, Allen Linebaugh and his wife, Amanda; her mother, Rebecca DeCair and partner Jason; brothers, Dalton and Wade Wolfe; step-sister, Kaitlynn Shaff and her partner Stevie Atkins; step-brothers, Brett Hartle and his wife Kristen, and Eric Hartle and his wife Mary; grandmothers, Kathy Linebaugh, Susan Kraus and Marlene Riley: great grandfather Gordon Linebaugh; aunts, Susan Stevens and her husband Raymond, and Cassandra King and her husband Michael; Lynn Brown and husband David, Wanda Pacheco and husband Chris, Brenda Ford and husband Jeremy; cousins, Brooke Yonker, Kolten Stevens, Jamie Reynolds, Kelsey Reynolds, Matthew Ford, Noah King, Kevin Pacheco and his wife Shauna; Adalynn's father, Zack Portner and his parent's, Ken and Tammy Portner; best friends, Angel Kessler, McKenna Tritapoe, Kaitlynn Portner, Christina Johnson, and Samantha Lowe; along with several nieces, nephews, and many other cherished friends and loved ones.
Kimberly was preceded in death by her Pap, Jeffery Linebaugh, PawPaw Jerry DeCair and great-grandmothers, Alice Harley and Grace Linebaugh; and great-grandfather Paul Harley.
Her memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew her, as a shining light and a source of endless love and laughter. Kimberly's family and friends will continue to honor her spirit by embracing the qualities she embodied: kindness, humor, and a profound capacity for love.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
