Miss Kimberly “Kim” D. Blom, 41, of Frederick, Maryland, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, February 28, 2012 at Frederick Memorial Hospital.
Born October 31, 1970 in Washington, D. C., she was the daughter of Richard D. Blom of Frederick and Stephanie D. Troxel of Gaithersburg.
Kim loved being involved in many youth sports with her children.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by three children Rachel Baker-Blom of Laurel, Anthony Dowdy, Jr and Devonte Dowdy both of Frederick, her siblings Vicki Wulf, Teresa Blom of Frederick, Dawn Blom of Gaithersburg and Shannon Blom of Winchester. Many nieces and nephews also survive. She will also be remembered by Antonio Little and Anthony Dowdy, Sr.
The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick on Tuesday, March 6, from 2-4 and 6-9 pm.
Interment will be private
In lieu of flowers donation to Anthony and Davonte Dowdy Educational Fund c/o PNC Bank.
