Kenneth Parsley

Kenneth W. "Kenny" Parsley, 47, of Frederick, Maryland, passed from this life on Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at Frederick Memorial Hospital.
Born on November 29, 1969, in Poolesville, MD, he was the son of the late Michael E. Parsley and Macie (Coburn) Scott and stepfather, David Scott.
Kenny was truly a goodhearted soul and would help anyone in need. He liked joking around with his family and friends. He enjoyed his woodworking hobby. Spending time with his three stepchildren that he considered his own.
He is survived by his wife, Heather Parsley; stepchildren, Raven, Joseph and Danielle Fritz, all at home; brothers and sisters, Angela Wolfe and husband, Steve, Michelle Long, Timmy Parsley and David Scott, Jr.
Kenny was preceded in death by his grandmother, Marie Purdum; and brother, Michael T. Parsley.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, April 9, 2017 at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike in Frederick, MD.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Kenny's wife, Heather, Sunday during visiting hours.
