Kathleen Mary Cipolla, 52, of Middletown, Maryland, passed away on Friday, August 10, 2018 at Frederick Memorial Hospital following her battle with pancreatic cancer. She was the wife of William “Bill” Cipolla.
Born on April 25, 1966 in Washington DC, she was the daughter of Patricia Dee (Morris) Cappolella and the late John Cappolella. Kathleen graduated from Wheaton High School, class of 1984. Her biggest success and pride in life was being a mom to her four daughters. Kathleen lived and breathed for her family and close friends. She provided unwavering support and unconditional love to everyone who she crossed paths with. She was a light in this world. She lit up every room with her smile and positive presence. She carried herself with grace and strength and continues to inspire anyone who knew her. Her genuine soul will live on forever through her husband and daughters. She never missed an opportunity to capture the beauty of life through her passion for photography. Her photos will serve as a constant reminder of the beautiful life that she lived and created for her family and friends. She is forever loved and always with us.
In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by her daughters, Noelle Marie, Brooke Leigh, Heidi Grace and Julia Patricia Ruth Cipolla; siblings, Stephen Anthony Cappolella and wife Karen, and Sharon Townsley and husband Rick; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 2-4 & 6-8pm on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at Stauffer Funeral Homes, P.A. 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD 21702. A funeral service will be held at 11am on Wednesday, August 15th at the Middletown United Methodist Church, 7108 Fern Court, Middletown, MD 21769. Interment will follow in the Middletown Christ Reformed Church Cemetery.
