Mrs. Kathleen M. Atchison, 82, of Mt. Airy, died on Saturday August 28, 2010, at her home. She was the wife of the late Julius Atchison who died on April 3, 1996.
Born on October 4, 1927 in Washington D.C., she was the daughter of Lillian Corbett.
She was a volunteer at Frederick Memorial Hospital for many years.
Surviving are her children; Cathy Walters, Timothy Atchison and Teresa Atchison. Beloved daughter in law Avis Atchison. Brother Mickey Corbett and wife Mary. Grandchildren, Nicholas Walters and Timothy Atchison Jr. Great Grandchildren, Charles and Chase Atchison. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Matthew Walters
Services and Interment will be private at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Silver Spring, MD.
