Ms. Karin Forsythe O'Neal, 41, of Martinsburg, WV, died unexpectedly on Saturday, July 5, 2014.
Born April 15, 1973, she was the daughter of Fredrick and Barbara Kruczynski Forsythe of East Brunswick, NJ.
Karin was a technical writer who worked most recently at Lockheed Martin Aspen Systems in Rockville, MD. She was a 1991 graduate of Cy-Fair High School in Cypress, TX and a 1996 graduate of University of Texas-Austin.
Karin was currently enrolled in the nursing program at Blue Ridge Community and Technical College.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her daughter, Bailey Eller of Frederick; two brothers, Justin and Christian Forsythe; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Karin was predeceased by an infant daughter, Jocelyn, on July 3, 2010; and her maternal grandparents, Frank and Catherine Kruczynski.
A celebration of her life will be held at a later date in New Jersey.
