Mrs. Karen Ann Payne, 51 of Taneytown, passed away on Tuesday April 15, 2014 at her home. She was the loving wife of Greg Payne.
Born on July 16, 1962 in Baltimore she was the daughter of the late Margaret Peach.
Karen’s free spirit allowed her to love and show love to everyone she ever met. Her sweet soul gave forgiveness to all and strength to who needed it. Her husband of 33 years, children, and grandchildren were her pride and joy. Karen’s bright smile and warm hugs will be forever in our hearts.
Surviving in addition to her husband are children Britni Mueller and husband Jason of Frederick and Blake Payne of Taneytown. She was a loving grandmother to Kaelie and Landon Mueller.
A Memorial Mass will be 1:00pm at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 44 Frederick Street, Taneytown, MD on Saturday April 26, 2014. Interment will be private.
