Karen L. Dockery

Karen Lorraine Dockery, 58, of Brunswick, died suddenly, Saturday, December 28th, at Frederick Health Hospital.

Born June 24, 1966, in Bethesda, MD, she was the daughter of Norma Fay Dockery and of the late James Church Dockery.

Karen or Katt, as she was known, is survived by her daughter, Sara E Ames and husband David of Brunswick; a mother, Norma F Dockery of Brunswick; a sister: Joellen E Reed and husband Art of New Market, and a brother James C Dockery and wife Brenda of Frederick; 2 nieces and 2 nephews, Kathryn E Hribar and husband Adam, Cooper Dockery, Carson Dockery and Gracie Dockery. 

She was preceded in death by her father, James C Dockery. She had been employed at United Healthcare and had worked there for 13 years.

Karen was fond of her family and friends that were like family. She enjoyed their company, baking bread and going to Renaissance festivals. She also enjoyed spoiling her dogs, Finn and Declan.
