Mrs. June R. Weedy, 66, of Frederick, Maryland, passed away Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at her home. She was the wife of Kim K. Weedy.
Born May 27, 1946 in Frederick, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late C. Lester and Dorothy Crummitt Dudrow.
Mrs. Weedy was a member of the Brook Hill United Methodist Church.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children Aaron Weedy and wife Nichole of Annapolis and Karen Weedy of Texas, grandchildren Madison and Ava Weedy and her brother Kevin Dudrow of Buckeystown. Several nieces and nephews also survive. She will also be remembered by her sister-in-law Bonnie Dudrow.
A memorial service celebrating June’s life will be held at the Brook Hill United Methodist Church, 8946 Indian Springs Road, Frederick on Friday, March 1st at 11:00AM.
Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Dudrow Scholarship Fund at the Community Foundation of Frederick County, 312 East Church St., Frederick, MD 21701, or Brook Hill United Methodist Church 8946 Indian Springs Road Frederick, Maryland 21702.
