Julia Ann Dietsch, 84, of Frederick, Maryland died Tuesday Dec. 6, 2011 at College View Nursing Home in Frederick.
Julia was born June 21, 1927 in Kansas City, Kansas to Walter E. and Julia Walthour Cree. Julia was a loving wife and mother, a member of the United Methodist Church and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star for more than 50 years.
She married Robert E. Dietsch April 18, 1948 in Monett Missouri. Robert preceded her in death in 2008. She was also preceded in death by her parents and one brother, John W. Cree.
She is survived by sons and daughters-in-law, Robert and Helen Dietsch of Dickerson, MD and David and Sandra Dietsch of Mt. Airy, MD; grandchildren, Timothy and Allyson Dietsch, Christopher Bobbitt, John Sutter, Shannon, Glynda and Jennifer Knight, and Brandalyn Knight Marshall; one sister, Sara Scott of Liberty MO; twelve great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She will be remembered and missed by all.
Friends may call from 1:00pm to 2:00 pm Sunday, Dec. 11, at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD. Funeral services will begin at 2:00 pm in the Funeral Home Chapel.
Reverend Lloyd Fuss will officiate. Interment will be private.
