Mrs. Judy D. Williams, 62, of Frederick, MD passed away Friday, May 18, 2012 at Frederick Memorial Hospital. She was the beloved wife of Nathaniel Williams for 30 years.
Born October 4, 1949 in Waynesboro, PA she was the daughter of the late Percy and Helen Higgins Statler.
Mrs. Williams worked for Air Pax. Judy attended Frederick Church of the Brethren. She really enjoyed antiquing, gardening, flowers, animals and traveling. Most importantly she loved spending time raising her family and being with her soul mate Nathaniel.
In addition to her husband she is survived by her children Kelly Jones and husband Brian of Chambersburg, PA, James Lehman and wife Donna of Hagerstown, MD Michael Lehman of Hagerstown, MD and Joseph Lehman and wife April of Hagerstown; step-children Melanie Cox and family and Greg Williams and family; 10 grandchildren and 5 step-grandchildren; 7 half brothers and sisters.
She is preceded in death by her step-son Nat Williams and 8 half brothers and sisters.
The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick on Tuesday, May 22, 2012 from 3-5 PM and 7-9 PM where a funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 23 at 11 AM. Pastor Sandi Rogers and Pastor Assistant Naomi Zimmerman will officiate.
Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
