Judy Combs, 60, of Ijamsville, Maryland, passed from this life on Friday, February 10, 2017 at her home surrounded by her friends and family.
Born on May 17, 1956, in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of Thomas Henderson and Elizabeth (Birmingham) Henderson.
Her passion was the care and education of young children. She dedicated her life for the advancement of children.
She is survived by her husband, Mark Combs; her son, Matthew Combs; her parents, Thomas and Elizabeth Henderson; sisters, Vicky Henderson and Lisa Aughenbaugh. Nieces and Nephews, John, Jason, Tyler, Carly, Thomas, Natalie and Abel. She is also survived by many dear friends.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, February 13, 2017 at Stauffer Funeral Homes, P.A. (Mt. Airy), 8 East Ridgeville in Mt. Airy, MD.
A celebration of Judy's life will take place at the funeral home on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Pastor Dan Melton will officiate. Interment will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Frederick, MD.
