Born June 23rd, 1942, in Frederick, Maryland,

Judy was the daughter of Elizabeth Miles Burdette and the late William Edwin Burdette. She spent her life creating a legacy of love to her friends, her family, and the many animals she nurtured.

Judy is also survived by her beloved Godchildren Carroll and Warren Zentz, of Thurmont, Maryland; Jessica Zentz-Ridenour and husband John Ridenour, of Emmitsburg, Maryland; and Gregory Stull and wife Dr. Chellie Stull, of Walkersville, Maryland.

As a homemaker, she loved entertaining friends and family at Common Glory, the family farm.

Some of her most enjoyable days were spent taking her Godchildren, as well as others, for rides on the horses, wagons and tractors at Common Glory. She also thoroughly enjoyed supporting youth who were involved in 4-H, the FFA, and the many activities at The Great Frederick Fair.

Judy was also an outdoors person, and she loved working in her yard and garden. Many days were spent with her husband Carroll not only planting and nurturing flowers, trees, and shrubs at their home, but also doing landscaping for others that would help beautify their home.

Judy graduated from Frederick High School, class of 1960. She enjoyed keeping in touch with her childhood friends from Adamstown, Maryland, members of her graduating class from Frederick High School, as well as the members of the Woodsboro Dance Club.
