Mrs. Judith “Judy” L. Culler, 60 of Frederick, MD passed away on Monday, April 23, 2012 at her home. She was the wife of Dennis “Denny” Culler. They were married for 42 years.
Born May 3, 1951 in Petersburg, WV she was the daughter of James Folk of WV and the late Florence Folk.
Judy was a member of Mt. Zion Lutheran Church where she served on the Ladies Aide Group.
She was a hairstylist and worked at Gentlemen’s Choice for over 17 years. She also worked with the Hepatitis C Clinic and Support Group.
Judy loved the beach and she enjoyed going to Hawaii and also Ocean City. She was an avid antique collector.
In addition to her loving husband Denny she is survived by her three brothers, Ron Turley and wife Fran, Philip Folk and wife Lynn and Kevin Folk and wife Cinthia Jett Folk, her brother-in-laws, Mike Culler and Bruce Culler and wife Elaine, nieces and nephews, Jeremy, Autumn, Sanders, Avery, Danielle and Emilie.
She will be missed and loved by her dog, Ginger. She will also be remembered by her numerous friends.
The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick on Thursday, April 26 from 6:00-9:00PM. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11:00AM at Mt. Zion Lutheran Church, 5709 Mount Phillip Rd., Frederick with Pastor Kenneth Gill officiating.
Interment will be in St. Luke’s Cemetery.
The family would like to thank Dr. Rudman, Dr. Rustgi and Hospice of Frederick County for all of their care and compassion during Judy’s illness.
