Juanita Borja

Juanita J. Borja, 93, of Silver Spring, Maryland, passed from this life on Friday, July 7, 2017 at Bethesda Naval Hospital in Bethesda, MD. She was the wife of the late Antonio Cruz Borja who died in 1997.
She was born on June 17, 1924, in Everett, WA. Juanita was a hostess at O'Donnell's Restaurant in Bethesda for more than 30 years. She was an avid reader and enjoyed to crochet and work in her garden.
She is survived by four children: David Cruz Borja, of Silver Spring, Andrew Dean Borja of Washington, DC, Paul E. Borja and wife Nancy of Clarksburg and Cathleen Ann Fierra of Laurel; nine grandchildren: Elizabeth Borja, Joseph Borja, William Borja, Sean Borja, Dylan Borja, Anne Ruiz, Kevin Fiora, Victor Fierra and Anthony Fierra; six great grandchildren, a sister Shirley Munson of Mill Creek Washington; and a daughter-in-law Patricia Borja of Derwood, MD.
She was preceded in death by Anthony Cruz Borja, Jr.
