Joyce Sigler

Mrs. Joyce Marie Sigler,81, of Middletown, MD passed away Friday, March 16, 2018 at her home. She was the beloved wife of Raymond Sigler for 64 years.
Born February 7, 1937 in Appletown, MD she was the daughter of the late Carmie Luther, Jr. and Viola Mae (Morrison) Netz.
Joyce was a longtime member of Faith Temple Church, Cearfoss, MD, where she served as secretary and treasurer for many years. She retired from Hanover Shoe Factory. Joyce enjoyed the outdoors, working with flowers and mowing the grass. She was a dear Christian woman that loved her Lord and Savior.
In addition to her husband she is survived by her daughter Patricia Wilkinson and husband Ricky and their daughter Ashlea Wilkinson all of Boonsboro.
She was preceded in death by her son Raymond Sigler, Jr. and her twin sister Doris Davis and sister Delavene Cunningham and brothers Luther E. Netz, George Morrison, Daniel E. Netz and Ivan E. Netz.
The family will receive friends at the Bast-Stauffer Funeral Home 7606 Old National Pike, Boonsboro on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 from 6-8PM where a funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 22 at 2PM. Pastor Ronald Lynch will officiate.
Interment will follow at Pleasant View Church of the Brethren Cemetery, Burkittsville.
