Mrs. Joyce W. Crawford, 69, of Walkersville , died on Sunday July 4, 2010 at her home. She was the wife of Bernard “ Bub’ Crawford.

Frederick
she was the daughter of the late Mortimer Jr. and Mary Catherine Easterday Whitehead.
Mrs. Crawford had worked for State Farm Insurance and the Frederick County Board of Education. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother and devoted grandmother.
Surviving in addition to her husband is a son Michael E. Crawford and wife Jennifer of Walkersville and a daughter Kathy Marshall and husband John of Woodsboro. Loving grandmother of Katy Crawford, Rachel Crawford and Adam Marshall. Sister of Dorothy Clark, Max Whitehead, Mary Dingus and Janis Butler. Also remembered by close friends Ruth Ann Engel, Lois Schroyer, Pat Horine and Helen Powell.
Visitation will be held from 2-4 & 7-9pm on Tuesday July 6, 2010 at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 40 Fulton Avenue, Walkersville where Funeral Services will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday July 7. Reverend Stephen Humphrey Jr. will officiate. Interment will follow in
