John Randolph Mason

Mr. John Randolph Mason, 60, of Mt. Airy died on Thursday November 5, 2009 at Carroll County Hospital. He was the husband of Virginia R. Mason.
Born on June 2, 1949 in Richmond, Virginia he was the son of the late Samuel and Mary Belcher Mason.
Mr. Mason served in the U. S Army during Vietnam. After 23 years of service with the Army National Guard he retired this past June. He was a member of the Mt. Airy Lions Club. Mr. Mason was an avid lover of cars.
Surviving in addition to his wife are three sons Jeffrey Mason of Pennsylvania and Jeremy and Joshua Mason both of Mt. Airy. Grandchildren Jacob, Emma and Caymen Mason. Two brothers Billy Mason and Jack Main both of North Carolina.

Services: The family will receive friends on Monday November 9, at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 8 East Ridgeville Blvd, Mt. Airy, from 2:00pm until time of Memorial Services at 3:00pm. Interment will be private.
