John E. Dooley

Mr. John E. Dooley, 81, of Bethany Beach, Delaware, died on Saturday August 2, 2008. He was the husband of the late Irene Dooley.
Born on December 18, 1926 in Miami, Florida he was the son of the late Edward J. and Laura Pierce Dooley.
Mr. Dooley served in the U.S. Army from 1945 until 1956 during which time he worked in Vienna Austria as a Special Forces Officer 1952-1955. After returning to the United States he graduated from the University of Miami and continued his work with the CIC, CIA and worked for over 30 years at NSA. Mr. Dooley enjoyed continuing his education through the years.
Surviving are children Shawn D. Dooley and wife Denise of Baltimore and Kym Ails and husband Dave of Frederick. Grandchildren Jacob Hollandsworth and wife Heather, Kristen Dooley, Michaela Ails, Keelan Ails and Connor Ails. Mr. Dooley was preceded in death by a brother D. J. Dooley.
