John Stewart

John William Stewart, 53, of Brunswick, MD passed away Sunday, January 8, 2017 at Johns Hopkins Medical Center. He was the beloved husband of Angel Warrick Stewart.
Born April 22, 1963 in Bethesda, MD, he was the son of late parents, William Stewart and Barbara Brown Stewart.
John started working at Harrison Brothers Plumbing and Supply in Washington, D.C. and eventually moved on to the Thos. Somerville Co. He has been a dedicated employee there for over 27 years, starting in the warehouse and progressed to became a self-taught I.T. Specialist. John was an avid Redskin fan through thick and thin.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by brother Larry Swanger and wife, Mary Swanger of Brunswick, MD, sister Anna Grossnickle of Taylors Island, MD, brother William Stewart and wife, Christa Stewart of East Rochester, NY, brother Robert 'Bobby' Stewart and wife, Katherine 'Kat' Stewart of Greenville, NC and sister Elizabeth Swartz and husband, Kevin Swartz of Bell Arthur, NC. He also is survived by his mother-in-law Lindy Warrick of Frederick, father-in-law George Warrick of Sharpsburg, MD, his brother-in-law George 'GC' Warrick and his wife, Jennifer Warrick of Keedysville, MD.
Though John had no children, he adored all of his nieces and nephews and loved to spend time with them.
He was preceded in death by his brother-in-law Thomas Grossnickle of Taylors Island, MD.
A special memorial celebration will be held for John in the near future.
