John Ennis
June 11, 1947 — August 19, 2010
Mr. John H. Ennis, Jr. 63 of Urbana, Maryland passed away on Thursday, August 19, 2010 at his home. He was the husband of Lisa Ennis.
Born June 11, 1947 he was the son of the late John H. Ennis, Sr. and Margaret Ennis.
John was employed as a social worker for Montgomery County Government. He was an avid redskin fan and enjoyed fishing and coaching.
In addition to his wife Lisa, he is survived by his three daughters, Kelly Ennis, Meaghan Ennis and Shannan Ennis, his two brothers, Robert and Vaughn Ennis and a sister, Sandra Mazelis.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Judith Lynch and a step brother, David Fields.
The family will receive friends at the St. Ignatius of Loyola Catholic Church, 4103 Prices Distillery Rd., Ijamsville on Sunday, August 22, from 5:00-8:00 PM.
A memorial service will be held at the church on Tuesday, August 24 at 2:00PM with Father Michael Jendrek officiating.
