John Paul Demeduk

There is laugher in heaven. John Paul Demeduk arrived there Sunday morning March 16th 2025 leaving his earthly home surrounded by family. Born November 26, 1958 in Detroit, Michigan John spent his childhood years in Walled Lake playing ice hockey, hunting, and fishing for northern pike. In the mid 1980’s John moved to Frederick Maryland and met the love of his life Vera (nee Barton). They were married for 37 years. As an adult, John enjoyed golf, gardening, and entertaining friends and family. He also was an expert marksman. The bulk of John’s career was in IT with Kaiser Permanente moving to the University of West Virgina Hospital System before retirement at the end of 2024. John is survived by his loving wife Vera, sister Victoria(Rob), nephews Scott Demeduk(Scott), Erik Troxtel(Denise), nieces Kimberly Troxtel(Denise) and Kristina Demeduk(Scott), brother-in-law Christan Barton(Joanna), niece Jordan, and nephew Jacob. John was preceded in death by his parents Victor and Margeret Demeduk, in-laws Franklin and Patricia Barton, sister Denise Demeduk Lee, and brothers Micheal and Scott. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Tunnels to Towers. Services will be held on March 29th doors opening at 2:00pm at Stauffers Funeral Home 1621 Opossumtown Pike Frederick, Maryland.

Interment will be private.
