John Dearo

Mr. John Tazzie Dearo, 81, of Clarksburg, MD passed away Saturday, September 5, 2015 at the Holy Cross Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Doris Dearo for 59 years.
Born August 14, 1934 in Washington, D.C., he was the son of the late John and Effie Worrell Dearo.
John proudly served his country in the United States Navy. He most recently worked for Jarboe Printing Co. prior to his retirement.
In addition to his wife he is survived by 6 children (Danny, Jonathan, Charmaine, Ramona, Eddie and Heidi) and 8 grandchildren (Danielle, Tony, Rebecca, Samantha, Ricky, Dalaney, Matthew and Marissa).
The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 8 E. Ridgeville Blvd., Mt. Airy on Wednesday, September 9, 2015 6-8PM. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 10 at 3PM at the Difference Makers Church, formerly known as the Damascus Wesleyan Church, 11210 Bethesda Church Rd., Damascus, MD 20872. Pastor Clark Baisden will officiate. A reception will follow the service as the home of the Edwards in Damascus.
Interment will be private.
