JoAnn Virginia Campbell

Mrs. JoAnn Virginia Campbell, 72, of Frederick, died at home on Monday January 11, 2010. She was the wife of the late Joseph Lee Campbell who died in 1997.
Born on September 4, 1937 in Brunswick she was the daughter of the late Lawrence Vincent and Emma V. Danner Calhoun.
She enjoyed dancing, traveling, reading, classic movies and sewing. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was a member of Brunswick Moose Lodge Chapter 660 and the Grace Episcopal Church, Brunswick.
Surviving are two daughters, Robin Lee Campbell-Krouse and husband Ernest Steven of Frederick and Mary Ann(Campbell) Jonke and husband David Courtney of Frederick. Two grandchildren Cydnie JoAnn Krouse and Madison Olivia Jonke both of Frederick. First cousin Joyce Weddle and husband Ronnie of WV. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents who raised her, Bessie B. and Samuel A. Danner.
Visitation: The family will receive friends on Thursday January 14, from 6-9pm at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick.
Services: Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Friday January 15, at 11:00am. Interment will follow in Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Frederick.
