Mrs. JoAnne Jackson, 78, of Middletown died on Sunday September 13, 2009 at Glade Valley Nursing Home, Walkersville. She was the wife of the late Ronald Lee Jackson who died in 1990.
Born in Greensboro, NC, on April 9, 1931 she was the daughter of the late Virgil and Essie Whitehead Morrow Sr.
Surviving are three daughters Elizabeth Granzow, Rhonda Jackson and her husband Jay Humberson and Katherine Johnston. Grandchildren Alan and Jeffrey Johnston, Jonathan, Meghan, Lauren and Liam Redding, Mackenzie Granzow, and Emily and Ron Humberson. Great Granddaughter Madison Johnston.
She was preceded in death by a granddaughter Hannah Humberson, a brother Virgil Morrow Jr. and a sister Dorothy Bryant.

Services: Family will receive friends on Friday September 18 from 5-7pm at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick and again on Saturday September 19 from 10:00am until time of funeral services at 12:00noon. The Pastor Ron Mallow will officiate. Interment will be a later date in Arlington National Cemetery.
