Mrs. Jill Hoover Yetter of Frederick passed away Friday, March 19, 2010. She was the wife of John H. Yetter, her husband of 57 years.

She was born June 22nd, 1933 in Hagerstown and was the daughter of the late John Leroy and Kathryne S. Hoover. She is survived by her son J. Brooks Yetter, 2 daughters, Tricia Yetter Wade (both of Frederick) & Rosemary Y. Folk and husband Fon S. Folk and 2 grandsons Will & Christopher Fosberry of South Carolina.

She is also survived by 1 sister Bonny Hoover 'Donnell of Rockville.

She was always surrounded by family and friends and they were the most important thing in her life. She was so appreciative of all the out pouring of love and support she received from all of her many friends and family during her
illness.

Jill was born and raised in Hagerstown, MD and graduated from Hagerstown High School. Jill married a short time after High School and moved to Frederick with her family in 1959.

She was a member of the Evangelical Reformed United Church of Christ and a long time member of the Tasker's Chance Garden Club. She took great joy and pride in maintaining her gardens at home. After working for H&R Block for 19 years she became Office Manager for Dr. Richard Holz for 18 years. In her retirement years she enjoyed tennis, golf, bridge and working in her yard.

She loved all animals, but she particularly loved cats.

Her 2 cats Pumpkin & Pepper, she loves dearly and they have given her much comfort.

Services: The Memorial Service will be held at The Evangelical Reformed Church of Christ Located at 15 West Church Street in Frederick on Saturday, March 27, at 11:00 a.m. The family will greet--friends at a reception immediately following the service.

There will be no visitation. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Evangelical Reformed Church of Christ, Hospice of Frederick County or Humane Society of Frederick.
