Jessie Elizabeth Broadhurst

Mrs. Jessie Elizabeth Broadhurst, 94, of Frederick, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, November, 29, 2008 at her home. She was the wife of the late Ralph R. Broadhurst.

Born April 29, 1914 in New York, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Emma E. Fuller Wiseman.

Mrs. Broadhurst was a member of Emmanuel Alliance Church. Prior to moving to Frederick she was a member of Forcey Memorial Church in Silver Spring.

She is survived by her children Marjorie Amren and husband Richard of Frederick, Elaine Shoemaker and husband Bud of St. Inigoes, MD, Marian Allen and husband Ralph of Martinsburg, W VA,Richard Broadhurst and wife Carolyn of Frederick and Donald Broadhurst and wife Sue of Taylors, SC, twenty two grandchildren 44 great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a sister Jeannette Wiseman and a brother Jack Wiseman.

Visitation: The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike,Frederick, Monday, December 1, from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m.,

Services: Services will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, December 2, at 1:00 p.m.with Pastor Gerald Small officiating.
Interment Parklawn Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Jonathan, Travis, Timothy and Jace Broadhurst, William Allen, Sr., Michael and Daniel Shoemaker.
