Jesse Brashears, III

Jesse H. Brashears, III, 60 years young, of Frederick, Maryland passed from this life on Monday, July 9, 2018 surrounded by his loving and devoted family at Frederick Memorial Hospital in Frederick, MD.

Born on January 21, 1958, in Frederick, Md, he was the beloved son of Nancy (Kline) Brashears and the late Jesse H. Brashears, Jr.

Jesse, (known to his family as "Butch") graduated from Rock Creek School in 1976.  He worked at Jeanne Bussard, Frederick, MD until they closed at which time he began participating in the ARC program, Market Street, Frederick, MD.  He thoroughly enjoyed participating in the Special Olympics, attending Camp Claggett every summer, Bowling with his friends, Karaoke, had a special love for music and dancing, and always gave hugs and smiles to everyone he met, unconditionally.

Jesse, (Butch) touched the lives of all those who knew him in a very special way;  if you had the honor of meeting him or knowing him, you held a special place in your heart just for him.  He held a special Love for his family and was just an amazing, loving, fun and caring person who loved everyone.

Surviving Jesse is his mother, Nancy (Kline) Brashears, two sisters and one brother: Debbie Rice and her husband Jerry, of Union Bridge, MD, Becky Krolak and her husband Dave, of Sharpsburg, MD,  Greg Brashears of Union Bridge, MD, and his companion Lisa Miller. Immediate Family Aunts, Uncles, Cousins: Scott Edmonds and wife Missy, and son (Clayton), New Windsor, MD,  Randy Edmonds and wife Christy, and daughters, (McKenzie, Hailey, Destinee) Keymar, MD, Kathy Moran and daughter (Hannah), Cumberland, MD, Jerry Blentlinger Jr. and daughter (Lacey Kline) MD, Laura Brashears and  partner Abraham Arellano and sons (Gregory, Brady), Thurmont, MD, numerous additional Aunts, Uncles, cousins, great-Aunts and Uncles

The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at Stauffer Funeral Homes, 1621 Opossumtown Pike in Frederick, MD. 21702

A celebration of Jesse's life journey will immediately follow at  2:00 PM. Pastor David Fossett will officiate.  Interment will be at Resthaven Memorial Gardens in Frederick, MD.
