Jeffery "Jeff" Linebaugh

Mr. Jeffery "Jeff" Gordon Linebaugh,54, of Brunswick, MD passed away Friday, July 13, 2012 at Frederick Memorial Hospital.  He was the beloved husband of Kathy Linebaugh for 35 years.

Born July 28, 1957 in Hagerstown, MD he was the son of I. Gordon Linebaugh of Hagerstown and the late E. Grace Robinson Linebaugh.

Jeff worked as an Animal Toxicology Lab Manager for Bio Reliance in Rockville, MD prior to his retirement.  He also worked at Covance Lab in Vienna, VA for 20 years and at Fort Detrick for 15 years.  Jeff enjoyed hunting and going on hunting trips, fishing, gun dinners and spending time with his grandchildren.

In addition to his wife and father he is survived by his children Allen G. Linebaugh and wife Mandy of Knoxville, MD and Susan Grace Stevens and husband Raymond of Brunswick; step-grandchildren Eric Hartle, Bret Hartle and Kaitlin Shaff; grandchildren Kimberly Linebaugh, Brooke Yonker and Kolten Stevens, sisters Donna Late of Thurmont, Karen Gray of Frederick and Debbie Ingram and husband Mike of Jefferson; sister-in-law Sherrie Genson and husband David of Clarksburg; nieces and nephews Jason Harley, Mark Pry, Kelsey Late, Kylie Late, Brett Ingram and great nephew Mason Norris and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.  He will also be missed by his dog Tika and cat Ruger.

The family will receive friends at Stauffer Funeral, 1100 N. Maple Ave., Brunswick on Tuesday, July 17, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM where a funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 18 at 11 AM.  Pastor Randy Reid will officiate.

Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
