Jeff McMillan , 57, of Frederick, Maryland, passed on Monday, April 10, 2018 at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC. Born on October 14, 1960, he was the son of the late Charles T. McMillan and Catherine Banks McMillan of Gainesville. He grew up in Gainesville, GA and attended Georgia Tech in Atlanta. He received his Master's Degree from George Washington University and worked as a program analyst at the US Department of Energy. In addition to his mother, survivors include his sister and brother-in-law Nancy and Les Waters; niece and nephew, Rachel and Brett Waters, all of Marietta, Ga.
