Jean Pretko

Mrs. Jean J. Pretko,86, of Sykesville passed away Friday, December 22, 2017. She was the wife of the late John J. Pretko, her husband of 60 years.
Nana was born November 26, 1931 in Williamsport, MD she was the daughter of the late James David and Alma Jeannette (Foreback) Liller.
She is survived by her son, Paul Pretko and wife Lori; and her five grandchildren, Marc Kochanski, Kevin Kochanski, Jessica Souders, Ryan and Connor Pretko and two great-grandchildren, Peyton and Dylan Souders.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Charlene Pretko.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 from 2-4PM and 6-8PM at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Fredeick, MD. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, December 28, 2017 at 10AM, at St. Timothy's Roman Catholic Church, 8651 Biggs Ford Rd., Walkersville, MD. Father Juan Rubio will be the celebrant.
Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
