Ms. Jean E. Kirk, 92, of Brooklyn, New York, died on Sunday January 16, 2011, at Somerford House, Frederick after a brief illness.
Born on May 22, 1918 in Brooklyn, NY she was the daughter of the late Robert D. and Sara Kirk of Brooklyn. She was also preceded in death by her brothers and sisters; Rhoda, Richard, Robert and Emma.
Jean spent her entire career in the banking industry in New York City. She worked for the Lawyers Trust Company, Lincoln Savings Bank and for Washington Mutual Bank until her retirement in 1983.
Jean is survived by numerous nieces and nephews located throughout the United States. Burial will be in Pinelawn Cemetery, Farmingdale, N.Y., at the convenience of the family
