JAY CALLAHAN, SR.
June 3, 1965 — March 30, 2016
Mr. Jay Lee Callahan, Jr., 50, of Thurmont, Maryland, passed away suddenly Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at his home.
Born June 3, 1965 in Bethesda, Maryland, he was the son of Rema Rippon and husband Bob of Germantown, MD and the late Jay Lee Callahan, Sr.
Jay was an avid Ravens and NASCAR fan.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his son Jacob Callahan of Walkersville, his siblings Debbie Philipone and husband Frank of Naples,FL, Roger Callahan and Bobby Rippon both of Germantown. Many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins also survive. He will be remembered by his best friends Brian and Timmy.
The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick on Wednesday, April 6, from 6-9:00 pm, where services will be held Thursday, April 7, at 1:00 pm.
Interment will be private.
