Janet G. Taccino

Janet G. Taccino, 67 of Frederick, Maryland passed away on Thursday, January 1, 2009 at the Frederick Memorial Hospital. She was the loving wife of Edmund J. Taccino, Jr.

Born August 31, 1941 in Wellersburg, PA she was the daughter of the late Cecil and Gladys Spiker Lepley.

She was the officer manager of the family income tax business. Janet took pride in her home and she was an immaculate house keeper.

In addition to her loving husband Edmund (Joe) , she is survived by a son, Rodney E. Taccino of Frederick, two sisters, Barbara J. Bittner of LaVale, MD and Diana S. Lepley of Meyersdale PA, and her dear mother-in-law, Yolanda Taccino. She will be remembered by Judy Willis and Lisa Mercer whom she treated both as daughters, her special grandchildren, Jake and Jackie Willis and a special friends, Bob Dawson and Tom Willis.

She will also be remembered by her numerous nieces, nephews, brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws and friends.

She is preceded in death by her brother, Ronald C. Lepley.

Visitation: The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick on Sunday, January 4, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9PM. They will also receive friends on Monday, January 5, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at Zeigler Funeral Home, 169 Clarence St., Hyndman, PA.

Services: Funeral services will be on Tuesday, January 6 at 11:00 AM at Zeigler Funeral Home, 169 Clarence St., Hyndman, Pennsylvania.

Interment will be in Rest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
