James Paul Valentine, Jr.

James Paul Valentine, Jr., age 66, of Mount Airy, MD passed away on Friday, March 7, 2025 at his home. He was the husband of Deborah Valentine.

He was the son of the late James P. Valentine, Sr and Helen L. Carr Valentine-Kling and Jack Kling.

James was the owner of Home Pro Carpet for 23 years. He was a die-hard fan of KISS and WWE. He loved going with Bryan to see the Baltimore Orioles. He was also a Baltimore Ravens fan.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by daughters, April Boone and Cheryl Poole (Robert) all of Littlestown, PA; stepchildren, Bryan Moon of Towson, MD, Elizabeth O' Keeffe and Jace Errera (Christie) of all Hagerstown, MD; grandchildren, Hunter Boone, and Madison Poole; and stepgrandchildren, Hannah O'Keeffe, and Brielle Parrott; sister and brothers, Sherry Gillespie of Fairfield, PA, Terry Valentine of Westminster, MD and William Valentine (Lisa) of Taneytown, MD; and also by an aunt and uncle; nieces, nephews, and great -nieces and great-nephews.

He was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Allen Gillespie; sister-in-law, Trish Valentine; father-in-law, Frank Errera; and aunts and uncles.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, March 14, 2025 at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike in Frederick.
