Mr. James “Jim” A. Page, Jr. 66 of Frederick, Maryland died August 7, 2012 at the Frederick Memorial Hospital. He was the husband of Jennifer Shelton Page, his wife of 42 years.
Born April 3, 1946 in Frederick, Maryland he was the son of the late James A. Page, Sr. and Anna Ricketts Page.
He attended Emmanuel Trinity Lutheran Church formerly St. Matthew’s.
Jim worked at Eastalco for 24 years and he also worked for Frederick Grain for 6 years.
He was a crop farmer and enjoyed his farming, gardening and counted cross stitching.
Jim was a kind, warm and loving person who was a hard worker and loved to help everyone. He loved his family and he will truly be missed by those who knew him.
In addition to his loving wife Jennifer, he is survived by his two sons, Bryan A. Page and Jamie J. Page and wife Kerry, his granddaughter, Allie Page whom was known to her Pappy as Sweetie, his God Child, Rachel Baum and his aunt Eleanor Bittle.
He will also be remembered by all of his other family members and his many friends.
The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick on Thursday, August 9, from 6:00-8:00PM. Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 10th at 11:00AM at Emmanuel Trinity Lutheran Church, the Matthew Building, 4004 Ballenger Creek Pike, Frederick with Pastor Charl Barnes officiating.
Interment will be in Manor Reformed Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Emmanuel Trinity Lutheran Church at 5132 Doubs Rd., Adamstown, MD 21710.
