Middletown

James M. Gentilucci, Sr, 60, of Middletown Maryland passed
away on July 2, 2023 after a short illness.  He was not alone
during this difficult time.  Family was always with him till the end.

Jim was the son of Dante P. Gentilucci, II and Sandra Beauch Gentilucci.
He grew up in Hyattsville, Maryland and as an adult moved to
Gaithersburg, and then to Middletown.  He married his high school
sweetheart, Tracy Hurley Gentilucci on May 7, 1983.

Jim is survived by his father Dante P. Gentilucci, II of West
Palm Beach, FL, his sister Danette Sartwell of Damascus, MD,
his brother Dante P. Gentilucci, III and his children Krista,
Nicole, and Danny of Frederick, MD, his two loving and devoted
sons, James M. Gentilucci, Jr and his fiancé Ashley Maynard of
Brunswick, MD, and Justin D. Gentilucci of Hagerstown, MD, his
grandson Addison Maynard, and Tracy Gentilucci his wife of 40 years.
Jim will be missed by many family members by marriage, aunts,
uncles, and cousins, in addition to close friends who were like family to him.

Jim was employed by the Boeing Corporation of Germantown, MD and
had a long and successful career as a PCB Design Engineer.  He
loved spending time with family and friends, was a lifelong Washington
Football team fan, and his favorite past times were talking sports,
discussions with his sons, fishing, crabbing, biking, and the beach.
He enjoyed working with his hands and the challenge of tackling
and troubleshooting a problem.

We are honoring Jim’s wishes for a small private memorial to be held at a later date.
